Jithesh Villa – Contemporary Architecture 

This design is inspired from the concept of
” lnside Out ” Seamless transition between the nature and built. The house is a reflection of the passion of the client for nature, wildlife and art. There is a need for orienting spaces to harness the wind as well as opening up spaces. 

The villa incoporates five bedrooms, workstation, open kitchen, closed kitchen, 2 living rooms, open courtyard and a home theatre with bar counter. It also house solar panels and power lift to its credit. The total area of the house is 4500sqfft.
