My Story
People often ask me: ‘Why did I choose Architecture?” I could not give a simple answer for that. Maybe because sketching and creating always invoked my interest. I also earnestly yearn to create and invent new things on my own and only architecture could satisfy my imagination in space, materials and color.
My innate interest in this sector is also because of my father who is a civil engineer and who influenced me gradually and unconsciously since I was a kid and gave me personal knowledge in the field. My father often use to take me to his construction sites and let me explore things by myself. He always had the patience to answer all my questions and encourage me to do all sort of creative things.
Making miniature models and photographing it was my way of exploring and understanding scale, space and aesthetics. It helped me break through all constraints of design. Inorder to bring out a creative output a lot of time was dedicated to brainstorming and conceptualizing.
